Dear Future Health 2020 Registrant

As a leading international health event that welcomes attendees and buyers each year coming in from upwards of 80 countries, it is with disappointment that we write to notify you that Future Health 2020 has had to be postponed, due to the global Corona Virus crisis.
Unfortunately, as a result of the airline flight ban in and out of a number of countries around the world, many buyers and incoming delegations of buyers on missions, are unable to get to the UK until the ban is lifted.
We can see that the number of preregistrations has taken a steep nosedive since the global spread of the virus became known in the general media, and we have received notification from several planned country delegations, that they are unable to attend as a result.
Further, keynote speakers attending from various government departments, including the office of the Secretary of State for Health are also unable to attend as they prioritise the management and control of the crisis ahead of pre-planned speaking engagements.
It has not been an easy decision, but a unanimous board decision has been made, with risk and the health and safety of our participants in mind.
We will honour all display stand bookings In line with our terms and conditions of business, and all booked exhibitors will be automatically booked for the 2021 event on March 17 and 18 2021 at Excel London, at no extra cost.
All booked exhibitors will also receive a complimentary upgrade of their stand.
Pre-registered attendees will automatically be re -registered for March 17-18 2021.
